Rob has worked across the globe with some of the largest and best known organisations in the world and also with some of the smallest, and he combines this experience with his own education – accountancy training, an MBA from a top UK business school, a technical education at a leading UK university, and training in coaching, NLP and psychology – to support young professionals and knowledge workers in their quest to make the most of their experience and opportunities.

Rob has experienced first-hand what it is like to invest heavily your own time, energy and money in professional education, and the uncertainty that follows as you wonder how to make sure you capitalise on your investment. He has also experienced what it is like to invest in knowledge and expertise, only to find it become a professional straitjacket. With this in mind, his company, Solution Academy Ltd, supports, encourages and challenges professionals and knowledge workers to ensure they have the resources to get what they really want from their professional and personal lives.
